Gene founded Weber Capital Management in July 1994. From 1983 to 1994, he was a partner with the investment management firm Weiss, Peck & Greer (WPG) in their San Francisco venture capital office. Gene joined WPG after 6 years at McKinsey & Company. He has over 27 years of investment experience and has managed investments in over 100 companies. Gene has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Wharton.

Colin joined Weber Capital Management in July 2000. His previous experience includes positions in Merrill Lynch's Private Client Group, Jardine Fleming's Research Group in Hong Kong, and LAR Management, a small-cap hedge fund. Colin has a BA in Economics from Brown University. Additionally, he was a student in the Beijing Sports University in China during 1995 and 1996 and he is fluent in French and Mandarin.

Dana joined Weber Capital Management in July 2004. She is responsible for office management and administration. Prior to Weber Capital, Dana worked for 5 years as an administrative assistant at Andor Capital Management. She has a BS in Health Science from San Francisco State University.
