Gene founded Weber Capital Management in July 1994. From 1983 to 1994, he was a partner with the investment management firm Weiss, Peck & Greer (WPG) in their San Francisco venture capital office. Gene joined WPG after 6 years at McKinsey & Company. He has over 29 years of investment experience and has managed investments in over 100 companies. Gene has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Wharton. He is also a member of the Advisory Council of Cornell’s School of Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Colin joined Weber Capital Management in July 2000. His previous experience includes positions in Merrill Lynch's Private Client Group, Jardine Fleming's Research Group in Hong Kong, and LAR Management, a small-cap hedge fund. Colin has a BA in Economics from Brown University. Additionally, he was a student in the Beijing Sports University in China during 1995 and 1996.
